Thank you for shopping with us at Rustic Roots Boutique! We want your shopping experience to be the absolute best! We hope that you love each item you receive, but if not, we are here to make your return process as smooth and easy as possible! Please see our simple return policy below. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 Items eligible for Returns:

 
  • Item or items must be returned within 14 days from delivery date. If your 14 days have gone by, unfortunately we can't offer a return or store credit.
  • Item or items must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
  • Items that are discounted/clearance are not eligible for return. 
  • Shipping costs are not included in the return and will not be refunded.
  • We DO NOT offer exchanges for any items. If you need to exchange an item, please return your original order. Place a new order for the item you desire. 
Items NOT eligible for returns:
 
  • Customized / personalized items
  • Holiday items
  • Clearance or mystery items of any kind
  • Discounted items
  • Bathing suits for any reasons, due to health issues :)
  • Items that are sold out in our store
  • Hair items of any kind. 
  • Hats
Do I pay for returns ?
 
  • You will be responsible for the shipping cost when you are initiating a return. We do not provide return labels.
  • Original shipping fee will not be returned in any circumstance

DAMAGED/WRONG ITEM RECEIVED:
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please email us at www.rusticrootsboutiques@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or wrong item within 7 days of receiving your package.

 If your “damaged/wrong item received” return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Refunds: 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
